All ticket sales are managed online, where you can select your seats and complete your order at any time.

    $20 + (beginning July 1, $1.25 processing fee)

Flex Pass Packages

Enjoy more theatre for less with our SCCT Flex Pass—the most convenient and affordable way to experience live performances all season long.

Each Flex Pass Package includes:

  • Six (6) tickets to be used for any Mainstage or Upstairs at 801 production in the 2025–2026 season

  • 10% discount off regular ticket prices

  • Priority reservations before tickets go on sale to the general public

  • Flexibility for each user - you can use all six tickets at once or spread them out across multiple shows

Flex Pass Details:

  • Valid for any SCCT production between now and May 17, 2026

  • You’ll receive a unique code via email after purchase

  • Once you have your code, you can reserve seats for any production in the 2025–2026 season

  • Flex Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable

Box Office Hours

The theatre office is open from 10 AM to 2 PM Monday through Friday. The box office opens for will-call and walk-up purchases one hour before curtain on performance days. Call (502) 633-0222 to make a purchase by phone.

Other Good-To-Know Info

  • Please call (502) 633-0222 for assistance with large group reservations.

  • Unless otherwise noted, all seating for Mainstage productions is assigned, and all seating for Upstairs at 801 Productions is general seating.

  • Doors open 30 minutes before curtain, and we ask that all patrons arrive no later than 15 minutes before curtain to allow for check-in and seating.

  • Tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged when possible.

  • Tickets go on sale 3 weeks prior to opening performance and may be purchased online or by phone using a debit or credit card. Subject to availability, tickets may be purchased at the box office at the time of performance using debit or credit card, cash, or check.

  • Advance payment is required when purchasing tickets. SCCT will not hold tickets without payment. In the event you are unable to keep your reservation, please contact the theatre at (502) 633-0222 or email officeadmin@shelbytheatre.org.

  • Flex Passes are not tickets. You must make a reservation for the date and time of the performance you wish to attend. You must have one (1) Flex Pass for each ticket you request. Each Flex Pass card or email displays a code which must be entered to complete your reservation request. If you are unable to complete your transaction online, please contact the theatre at (502) 633-0222 or email officeadmin@shelbytheatre.org.

  • SCCT accepts Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. SCCT does not accept American Express credit cards. Beginning July 1, 2025, SCCT will assess a $1.25-per-ticket processing fee for all ticket purchases.

  • Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled show time. As a courtesy to the cast and other patrons, there will be no late seating for any SCCT performance.

  • In the event that you are unable to keep your initial reservation, please contact the theatre office at (502) 633-0222 to discuss an exchange of your tickets. When a performance must be cancelled due to inclement weather or other circumstances, SCCT will make every attempt to contact patrons to make arrangements for an alternate date.

  • Please note that the theatre is not equipped with an elevator or lift. Accessible seating for Mainstage productions, including companion seats, is limited and available in the front rows only. Only one companion seat is permitted per party. In order to purchase a companion seat, a handicapped accessible seat must be selected within the same transaction. Handicapped accessible seats will be sold to the general public in the event that other non-accessible seats are already sold. Please call box office to discuss size of wheelchair, walker, etc.

  • Every guest, including children, must have a ticket for a designated purchased seat. Children are not permitted to sit on laps and must be able to sit quietly throughout the performance. Unless a performance is clearly geared to children, SCCT recommends only bringing children aged 7 or above to performances. If you are unsure of the suitability of a particular show for children, please contact the theatre office at 502-633-0222 prior to purchasing tickets.
