Auditions for The Addams Family

AUDITION FORM AND CONFLICT CALENDAR:  Download and fill out before you arrive! We will also have them at the auditions if you can't print at home. Rehearsal calendar. 

Ages 16 and up are welcome to audition for roles.

Singing Portion: Please come prepared to sing 16 to 32 measures of any song of your choosing that best shows off your rehearsed vocal abilities. Please provide your own music tracks.  A bluetooth speaker will be available. (There is no accompanist available.)

Dance Portion: Please wear clothes and shoes that you can dance in. (There may be a short dance to learn via video posted on the SCCT website one week prior to auditions.) Those auditioning for Gomez and Morticia will be required to dance together (ballroom style) - preferably Tango. 

Acting Portion:Cold Readings from the script will be available at auditions. 

Of Special Note:

All Actors aged 18 and up cast in an SCCT Production will be responsible for paying for their background security check (new this season). 

No one will be permitted to be absent during tech week Saturday, July 11th through Wednesday, July 15th. 

Typical rehearsal schedule through the week: Sunday afternoons/evenings (Specific Times TBD),  Possibilities of Saturday Dance Rehearsals at Noon, Tuesdays & Thursdays approx 6:30 till 9:30 PM.

Please list all conflicts on the rehearsal calendar on your audition forms. If you have multiple conflicts, this may affect your being cast in the production.
